Marketing: Marketing is defined as the “Demand Creation and Customer Satisfaction”.
In which, Marketing is based on Science, Not an Art or Creativity. Okay then, I will give an example of the difference between Science and Art.
Art in the sense of selling the Sand in Desert. Yes, you might think that’s a silly comparison here, but it is true. Because realities seem like this only. Who can buy the sand in the desert? No, no one can buy the sand in the Desert. Because the desert is having only sand no other things are available here. But sand that contains a golden particle then we have to make the people know about these things through the explanation like creating interest and helping them. Then automatically people will buy the amount of sand. This is one of the basic Examples of Marketing.
The Science in the sense marketing is based on the Customer Needs and Wants. The entire marketing depends upon only customers’ needs and wants. when they fulfill their needs and wants then only the Customers are satisfied regarding Product or Service.
The entire Marketing world is revolving around the 4 P’s i.e Product, Price, Place, Promotion.
“Who should ultimately design the product? The Customers, Of course”.
Law of Marketing
Law marketing is based on science, not on creativity According to my perspective, Marketing starts before creating the product to understand customers and their needs.
The Law of Marketing tells “The Marketing is a Battle of Perceptions”.
Marketing is not only selling and buying the product or service but also concentrates on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction depends upon when they trust the product. Firstly you have to develop the TRUST on your product. For sake of trust, you should create good quality products or Services.
The American Psychologist Abraham Maslow. He explains the needs and satisfaction levels of Customers. i.e Maslow’s Needs Hierarchy Theory. The entire marketing is based on this theory. He explained the customer’s perception.
The great Product Sells itself no need to market.
Customers needs hierarchy
Let’s take an example of purchasing groceries…
where do you buy? most probably in D-Mart.
why do you think of only D-Mart without a second thought? The reason is………… This supermarket is using customer satisfaction totally depends on will the product or service of new customers.
Whenever bought groceries and clothes suddenly you might be thought-about D-Mart. The reason is only one, it gives good quality products at reasonable prices. It has built trust in their product and service. The powerful component of Marketing is “word of Mouth Spread’’.
This super Market using one powerful component i.e word of mouth spread.

Brands used to be only for businesses. Employees were expected to uphold and support the principles of the brand.

Communication refers to it as a two-way process. Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills.
It is what enables us to pass information to other people and to understand what is said to us. You only have to watch a baby listening intently to its mother and trying to repeat the sounds that she makes to understand how fundamental is the urge to communicate.
